How long will it take to receive my order?
Thank you for choosing THRED™️. All orders are shipped with tracking using USPS, CANADA POST or other carriers such as E-Packet depending on your location. Delivery time is APPROXIMATELY 15 business days (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CAN TAKE A LITTLE LONGER) however you may receive your items much earlier than that! All orders are shipped with tracking so you can follow it every step of the way!

The only real difference between PREORDER and IN STOCK inventory is the time it takes to deliver the item to our customers.
IN STOCK: 1-4 business days
PREORDER: Approximately 15 business days.So as long as you are ok with waiting a little longer for your order, a PREORDER is the ideal way to get almost any top quality runway style Item your heart desires.

What happens if I don’t collect my Package from the post office after receiving notice?
After we have Paid for and shipped your package with tracking, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PICK UP ANY MISSED PACKAGES from your local post office. If you have been left a notice by (USPS, UPS, FED EX, EMS, DHL, etc..), please make sure you collect the package in the given time frame or it will be shipped BACK TO US.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO RESHIP ANY PACKAGES!!
If you want your order re-sent, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE EXTRA POSTAGE.

Do I get a tracking number?
Yes- each and every package will be shipped with a tracking number. After we forward it to you, please understand that YOU are responsible for tracking the shipment - not us. We have hundreds of packages that go out every week and we can not keep an eye on or keep track of all of them. In the 10 years we’ve been doing business online we have NEVER had a package not make it to its final destination. We appreciate your continued support and cooperation!

I placed a special order and am not happy/item Does not fit. Can I return it for a refund??
The answer to that question- unfortunately- is no.
SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND, EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT.,THESE ARE FINAL SALE!!
When you place an order for something specific, that is not already available in our shop, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. In situations such as this, we are ordering a very specific product for you (the customer). So please make sure you ask all questions beforehand ie: measurements, material, sizing, fabric, ask for photos etc.. This will save everyone a lot of time and will make for a very successful purchase!!
